We actually have training systems. We understand that the person we want has not done commercial real estate deals before. We understand and train, mentor and lead our group through each deal. Helping deal with lawyers, accountants, and landlords (and those pesky nonhelpful Colliers agents).

We can get your business to market which includes brochures, write ups, advertisements on several websites, our corporate website, and sending your listing through our several thousand-strong mailing list all within 24 hour turnaround. We secured one of the industry’s top assistance to run our office and since March 2017, we have been hitting a different pace.

Here are a few things we expect from you:

  • Minimum of 2 years professional industry experience in real estate and must have a current real estate license in BC

  • A full-time commitment. Most of our hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, although we obviously answer our phones 24/7

  • Restaurant experience is considered an asset, as an understanding of restaurants would be essential to re-selling them

  • A current BC driver’s license and automobile

  • Negotiating listing agreements, and purchase and sales agreements

  • Participating in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops
